You might find it difficult to pack for a holiday. No matter how many times you double-check things, run through scenarios in your head and write lists, you get to your holiday destination and find out you’ve forgotten something.
With basically any decision you make in life, there’ll be pros and cons. Even with something as simple as going to the supermarket to buy a doughnut. Pros: doughnuts are delicious, and they make you feel happy. Cons: they’re ridiculously high in calories. Buying a doughnut is a trade-off. And so is moving to Australia.
It’s the land of Kangaroos, sandy beaches, awesome weather and great people. There’s no wonder why we Kiwis cannot get enough of Australia. In fact, 600,00 Kiwis have made the move to Australia to live, with many having decided not to return.
Work is a massive part of our lives. For most people, it takes up 8 hours of our day, 5 days a week. And while there’s more to life than work, doing something for such an amount of time is pretty important.
Australia has been luring Kiwis to its shores for a long, long time. And why wouldn’t we be lured? It’s a great country with fantastic weather, job prospects, food and drink and pretty much everything else.
